Telco Triad management has made the decision to TEMPORARILY CLOSE the DENISON Branch effective today, Friday July 10 for the safety of our members & employees due to Covid-19. We ask that Denison members call our Main Branch, 712-252-4368, in the interim. We are closely monitoring the situation in Denison, so we can determine a safe time to re-open. At the time of print, the numbers of positive confirmed cases of the Coronavirus have tended to spike locally and throughout the country. We understand that many businesses have chosen to reopen. As a credit union labeled as an essential business, our most important commitment to you, our member, is to maintain service for the hours scheduled prior to the pandemic.
We understand that if one of our employees were to be tested positive, this may cause us to quarantine each employee within that branch. For that reason of continuity of operations, we have chosen to continue running two teams that work opposite weeks. This means, if we are quarantined as one team, we can follow up with a deep clean and keep the credit union open with the remaining team. This will ensure our members that they can continue with account access and services.
We acknowledge working at a reduction in staff may cause service delays at times throughout the day. Your patience is not taken for granted and we thank you for that! It allows us to maintain the expected service you deserve. When we do decide to open, we will alert you through emails, our website, social media, local press and branch signage. We are now requiring our members to wear masks when entering the branches (for appointments-only in Sioux City and Spencer branches) and all members in Denison. Members will also have their temperatures taken prior to entering. This is for your safety along with the safety of our staff. To Our Valued Members, 

 

You are very important to us. Due to the COVID-19 virus, we have made changes in our operations and want to communicate those modifications to you. It is the Credit Union’s mission to sustain all operations throughout disaster situations including this pandemic. These disasters require that caution and safety measures be used to protect you and our staff. Quarantine actions in businesses and with individuals are one of the means being used nationally and within our communities to protect each other. We too, are taking steps to assure you that we are standing behind our commitment to continued service to you as members.
 
 
On March 19th, we began a Phase I change to limit the transactions that are available through the lobby. On the side of safety to our members, staff, and communities, we began servicing most teller and some other transactions through
the drive-up. This procedure reduces the risk of the spread of the virus as a result of airborne particles that may be transferred from one person to another. It also helps us limit the social distance we seek to follow as requested by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Our services may look different than what you are accustomed to, however our aim is to provide you the same result with all services conducted as to those offered prior to this pandemic. For services outside of those in the drive-up, we began taking appointments to assist you through our lobby. Loans, safe deposit entry, wires and the many other services are provided through the lobby.
 
 
On Friday, March 27th, we implemented a Phase II safety and continuation measure dividing our staffs at selected branches into two separate teams working alternate weeks. As we considered possibilities knowing that any one person may come in contact with this virus, we also realized that one person could be a staff member. Should that happen, that condition would require the credit union to self-quarantine all staff within that branch location and cause the loss of a complete branch to quarantine measures. With this Phase II implementation, should one staff group be sidelined due to quarantine measures, the Credit Union would be cleaned and decontaminated prior to allowing the second group to continue providing you the service that we promise. In some time periods, we may have less manpower as we operate with this process that reduces our workforce by half. We appreciate your patience in these instances where you may experience a delay.
 
 
These are certainly uncharted times for you and your credit union. Please also know that your money is protected in the credit union as your funds are insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), a division of the Federal Government, for funds in your individual accounts up at least $250,000. On joint accounts, you are insured for up to $50,000 per co-owner. Certain retirement accounts are additionally insured up to $250,000 per individual account. We, too, want to remind you that we are taking additional steps to keep you safe when you visit the Credit Union. We are following guidelines from the CDC and the Iowa Department of Public Health to maintain a safe and clean environment. We are wiping down all drive-up tube containers, drive-up drawers, and ATM's.
 
 
As we continue to monitor conditions and make changes, we will make them available on Facebook, Twitter, newsletters and on our website. We sincerely thank you for your patience and acceptance of changes as we determine what is required to keep you safe while delivering to you efficient and quality service that you have come to expect during our 75 years.

To Our Valued Members, 

 

 

As a member-owned credit union, the health and safety of our employees and members is a top priority.     

 

As we closely monitor the developing situation of COVID-19, we found it necessary to do our part to reduce the spread of the virus. Effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, our LOBBIES have been CLOSED to routine transactions.  We ask that you use our DRIVE-Ups, ATMs and DIGITAL SERVICES (online banking and our mobile app).

 

If you have never used our digital services, you may want to consider accessing your accounts through our online banking, bill pay, mobile app, or INFINITY Phone Service Toll-Free at 800-688-7423.

 

We will continue to offer all of our financial services. We appreciate your understanding that as a member, your experience may look different as we navigate through this time together. During the months of April and May, we will be waiving the monthly fee for our online bill pay services, and the fee for any telephone transfers.
