By electronically submitting this application, I/we have applied for credit from the Lender. As part of the application process, the Lender and any potential investor or insurer of this loan may verify the information contained in my/our credit application and in other documents required in connection with this loan. I/We authorize you to provide to the Lender and to any potential investor or insurer of this loan, any and all information and documentation requested. Such information may include, but is not limited to: employment and income history; bank, money market, and similar account balances; credit history; and copies of income tax returns. The source of the information may come from but is not limited to: credit bureaus; banks and other depository institutions; current and former employers; federal or state records including State Employment Security Agency records; or other sources as required.
I/We agree that everything stated in this application whether oral, written, or through a fax machine is correct to the best of my/our knowledge. The credit union is authorized to investigate my/our credit-worthiness, employment history, and to obtain a credit report and to answer questions about my/our credit experience. I/We understand that any false or misleading statements in my/our application may cause any loan or extension to be in default. I/We understand that 18 U.S.C. & 1014 makes it a federal crime to knowingly make any false statement on this application.

I/We understand that due to this application being submitted electronically, my/our signatures on any loan documents in relation to this application will attest to the validity of my/our request for the granting of the above credit.
