TELCO TRIAD ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP PROMOTION AND NEW VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

SIOUX CITY, IA – Telco Triad Community Credit Union (Telco Triad) is pleased to announce a key leadership promotion and a new addition to its team, reinforcing their commitment to growth and excellence in member service.

 

Mark Nielsen has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources after serving as Telco Triad’s Director of Human Resources for the past 10 years. With a total of 20+ years of experience, including 15 years as the Human Resources Director at Boys and Girls Home in Sioux City, Nielsen brings extensive expertise to his new role. His leadership will continue to drive Telco Triad’s growth and enhance employee engagement.

 

Jonathan Smith has rejoined Telco Triad as Vice President of Finance. Smith previously worked as a Commercial Credit Analyst at Security National Bank and has extensive experience in accounting and finance, working with both local and international companies in the Siouxland area. Smith is no stranger to Telco Triad—he first started as a Teller Services Representative in 2012 and later served on the credit union’s Board of Directors. His deep understanding of Telco Triad and financial expertise will be invaluable as the credit union continues to grow.
