RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for daily branch operations, Supervision & Mentoring of branch staff, Promoting Credit Union products & services, Processing & funding loans at the branch.
QUALIFICATIONS: 1 -2 years of Loan & Credit Analysis Experience, Supervisory & Leadership Experience, Excellent Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Bi-lingual is Preferred.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: Associates degree in related field or formal certifications recognized in the industry.

Indirect Lending Loan Officer - Main Branch (Full-time, Sioux City)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for supporting all incoming Indirect Lending loans, including lending, product and service sales and new member onboarding. Deliver an exceptional member experience that strengthens our brand and reputation within the community. Maintain strong attention to detail and organization to effectively serve Indirect Lending members and dealership partners. Collaborate with Indirect Lending team members and dealerships to provide a seamless, positive service experience.
QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism, strong customer service skills and excellent organizational abilities. Previous lending or loan experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Talent Development Manager - Main Branch (Full-time, Sioux City)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Developing new hire training, on-going staff training at all branches, training reports and training manual design. Work with Online Training Vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 Yrs. of Training/Teaching experience. Experience with Jack Henry SYMITAR a PLUS.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct transactions with membership professionally and respectfully. Promote Credit Union products and services to membership. Greet and welcome membership to the branches. Filing and phone work.
