Real Estate Loan Officer (Full-time, Sioux City)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Interview applicants for real estate and consumer loans; Process applications; Gather additional background information and analyze loan applicants’ credit history; Approve/deny loan applications based on analysis of each applicant’s credit worthiness; Prepare mortgage loan documents and packet for closing; Maintain accurate records of insurance, taxes and HMDA reporting on real‐estate loans.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree and/or 2-3 years of previous lending, sales and real estate mortgage experience; knowledge of TRID compliance and consumer lending & mortgage/real estate markets.
