SIOUX CITY, IA – Telco Triad Community Credit Union (Telco Triad) is proud to welcome Kayci Britton as its new Vice President of Branch Operations, a newly created position designed to strengthen the organization’s operational excellence and member experience. 
Britton brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having excelled in roles ranging from Teller to Customer Service Manager. In her new role, she will oversee all branch operations across six locations and lead the Teller and Member Service departments, ensuring operational excellence and delivering a seamless member experience
