Member Help Requests

  1. Checks written in red and low-colored ink do not register with readers on many machines in the financial industry. Please use either black or blue pens when writing checks.
  2. When you write dates on checks and other financial documents this year, write the year as a four-digit number to eliminate the chance that someone could change your date. For example, 4/1/20, leaves it open for someone to change the year. Here’s a safer way to write the date, 4/1/2020.
