SIOUX CITY, Iowa - On March 17, 2018, at the Annual Meeting, Telco Triad Community Credit Union members elected five members onto their current Board of Directors. David Erickson, Linda Kennedy, Robin Miller and Toi Sullivan were all re-elected to an additional term and new representative, Jonathan Smith was selected as an Associate Member.
“We are honored that all four representatives chose to continue serving on our board,” said Tim Piepho, CEO of Telco Triad. “We are also excited to welcome Jonathan to the board; he will bring a lot of fresh and exciting ideas to the table.”
Toi Sullivan graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design. She is currently an Architect and Principal at FEH Design. Toi is a member of the Sioux City Historic Preservation Commission, past President of the Northwest Iowa Architects Section, a volunteer (and past President) for Leadership Siouxland and a member of American Institute of Architects, Iowa and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
David Erickson has been a member of Telco Triad since 1983. He has been employed at Chesterman Company for 39 years as a service technician and internal auditor. He has received training as a First Responder and is a member on the Safe Driving Team and has served as a trustee for his church board.
Linda Kennedy retired from U.S. West Communications and owns Kennedy Income Tax Service in Sioux City. Linda’s grandfather, Richard Sardeson and great-uncle, Stuart Sardeson, were organizers/directors of S.C. District Telco Credit Union in our beginning in 1945.
Robin Miller and her husband Bob own and operate Pioneer Cabinetry in Sergeant Bluff where Robin serves as the office manager. Robin is a graduate of Briar Cliff University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and is a member of the Professional Women in Building.
Jonathan Smith is a graduate of Briar Cliff University where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Jonathan is currently working as a financial analyst at Ho-Chunk, Inc., where he is involved in financial reporting, compliance and analysis. He also assists with securing financing to revitalize historic downtown buildings in Sioux City. He also played seven years of professional indoor football for the Sioux City Bandits.
These five individuals will join current board members Jeff Berens, Brad Bergstrom, Terry Blom, Allan Brown, Fitzgerald Grant, John Gunia, and Dennis Rehan in helping Telco Triad excel into the future.
